Exchange and Return

No problem if you change your mind!

If you want to return a product, please submit your request by contacting us via WhatsApp.

Requirements:

  1. The item must be in its original packaging.
  2. Contact us via WhatsApp: 532603300 (Click here).
  3. Steps:
  • The return request will be received through the store's WhatsApp, which is available on the website and social media channels.
  • We will contact you to confirm the return request and the process.
  • After receiving the returned item in our warehouse and verifying its condition, we will proceed with the exchange or refund (as agreed).

The following policy applies:

You can exchange or return purchases within 7 days from the date of receiving the order, subject to the following conditions:

  • The returned product must be in its original condition at the time of purchase, unused, and packaged in the original wrapping with all its accessories. Returns will not be accepted if the shipment or product is not in its original condition.
  • If we receive any product that is opened or has the outer packaging removed, it will be returned, and the store management will decide on the product's condition.
  • The Game Room store will cover all return costs if a damaged or incorrect product is received, provided it is in its original condition.
  • Reporting any defects in the product must be done within 72 hours of receiving the product, and a picture of the product and the outer packaging must be sent.

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • When the request is made after the specified time of 7 days from the date of receipt of the order.
  • When the product has been used or opened, damaged, or is not in the same condition as received.
  • When the box or product packaging is damaged.

Refund Duration

The refund duration for the customer depends on the payment method outlined below and will be issued after the shipment arrives at the Game Room's warehouse and is confirmed eligible for return.

  1. Electronic Payment:
  • If the payment is made electronically (Mada, Visa, MasterCard), it may take up to 14 business days to refund to the same card used for purchase.
  1. Cash on Delivery or Bank Transfer:
  • Within 14 business days, we will strive to refund as quickly as possible.
  1. Payment through Installment Companies (Tabby and Tamara):
  • The value of purchases made through installment companies like Tabby and Tamara will be refunded through them within 14 business days from the date the product is received in our warehouse. The customer must follow the return procedures through their account with Tabby or Tamara.

Order Cancellation

If the customer decides to cancel the order after it has been created, we will work diligently to cancel the order, and the customer will bear the payment processing fees according to the payment method (if applicable).

If a shipping label has been issued or the order has been shipped, shipping costs will be deducted from the order value. If the order has been shipped and received by the customer, shipping costs (as per the actual order) and a return fee of 15 will be deducted.

Example: The basic shipping cost and the return fee will be deducted from the value of the returned products.

  • Value of returned products = 500
  • Basic shipping cost = 25 (paid to the shipping company)
  • Return fee = 15 (paid to the shipping company)
  • Amount refunded to the customer = 500 – 25 – 15 = 460
