How long does it take to process the order? And what is the shipping and delivery time?

Our working hours: Sunday to Thursday from 9 AM to 9 PM. We start processing orders immediately upon receiving them during business hours or the next day if outside business hours.

Delivery:

• Jeddah: Within 24 hours of order receipt.
• Other cities in the Kingdom: 2 to 4 days depending on the city.
• (We strive to prepare and deliver your orders as quickly as possible.)

What is Tamara?

It is a payment method that allows customers to purchase now and pay later, either in 3 easy installments or within 30 days from the shipping date, without any additional fees.

How does deferred payment work?

It's simple! Buy the product today, it gets delivered to you, and pay within 30 days of shipping without any fees or interest.

How does installment payment work?

It's very easy; we divide the invoice amount into 3 installments. The first payment is made at the time of purchase, which is one-third of the total amount, the second payment after one month, and the final payment after another month.

For example, if the invoice is 300 SAR, you pay 100 at the time of purchase, 100 after a month, and 100 after another month.

No interest or additional fees ever.

Are there any fees or interest?

No, never. You will always pay the same amount for the item you purchased, and Tamara and the store will not charge any fees or interest on the customer. If you bought a product for 300 SAR, you will pay us exactly 300 SAR.

How long does the purchase process take?

Very quick and not complicated at all.

All we need from you is your mobile number, and we need to confirm that you have a bank card (Mada, Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay).

Will you charge the amount at the time of purchase or reserve it?

We will never charge you without your consent.

At the time of purchase, you will not pay anything at all.

How can I pay you?

You will pay us on the Tamara site (do not pay the store directly). All you need to do is enter here with the mobile number you registered with, and then you can pay in any way that suits you: Mada, credit card, Apple Pay, or bank transfer.

What happens if I delay?

A fee of 25 per month will be applied, with a maximum total of 150 SAR.
